What factor or feature compelled you the most to the community and to ultimately build in The Estates at Waters Edge?
“The quality of build, the lots, the amenities. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for in the city. We wanted a bungalow. In the city the lots are so small and so close together.”

What do you value the most about The Estates at Waters Edge community?
“Everything. Looking at the stage of our life we are at – not anywhere near retirement – just the lifestyle it will give us. Getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city.”
In your opinion, what is the best thing about our location?
“It is a reasonable commute to have for a year round lake-living community.”
